.NET Lead Developer

Requirements:

• 10+ years of software development experience
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of experience with microservices architecture and containerized application design
• Hands-on experience setting up projects, creating schemas, and developing queries, documents, and dashboards
• 5+ years of experience developing backend APIs with .NET
• 3+ years of experience with frontend frameworks and toolkits such as React or Angular, and with TypeScript or JavaScript
• 5+ years of experience with C#, .NET Core/.NET 6/8 or later, SQL, database performance tuning, Entity Framework, and LINQ
• 5+ years of experience with Test-Driven Development, including integration, acceptance, and unit testing
• 2+ years of experience implementing AI
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines; Jenkins is preferred
• 5+ years of experience with Git
• At least 1 year of experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in banking, finance, or trading
• Preferred, but not required: experience with UI technologies, banking or finance, and Unix or shell scripting
• Experience with Azure and AWS is preferred but not required

Responsibilities:

• Design detailed architectures for web applications using .NET 8 or later, React/TypeScript, SQL Server, and related technologies
• Help establish development processes and best practices for coding standards, version control, quality control, deployment, maintenance, and change management
• Work effectively and professionally in an Agile environment with developers, systems administrators, and business users
• Create detailed technical designs for developers and help resolve technical issues
• Propose improvements and enhancements to application architecture
• Partner with product owners to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Independently solve complex problems and develop creative solutions
• Review code and mentor other developers
• Design, develop, and execute code, ensuring software quality and performance
• Manage and maintain applications within the organizations infrastructure
