Every day, we get opportunities to make a positive impact - on our colleagues, partners, customers, and society. Together, we're pioneering the solutions of the future and unlocking the full potential of precious resources. Trusted to act on initiative, we challenge conventional thinking to develop world-leading technologies that inspire progress in vital areas, including energy, food, water, and shipping.
As we push forward, the innovative, open spirit that fuels our 140-year-old start-up culture and rapid growth also drives our personal growth. So, as we shape a more resourceful, less wasteful world, we build our careers too.
About The Job
As Nordic Key Account Manager, Food & Bioprocessing, you will drive growth and strengthen partnerships with a selected portfolio of strategic customers, engineering companies and integrators. You will own a strategically important Nordic customer portfolio and have significant freedom to shape its development.
With us you will get to work with leading companies and Alfa Laval's global technology specialists, with strong opportunities for further commercial and leadership development.
Your primary focus will be:
- Develop account strategies and two-to-four-year growth plans
- Build relationships across operations, engineering, procurement and management
- Map customer sites, installed equipment and competitor positions
- Develop opportunities from early dialogue through negotiation and order
- Coordinate Alfa Laval specialists around the customer
- Maintain systematic follow-up and a qualified pipeline
Travel is an important part of the role, approximately 60 days per year across the Nordic region.
You will report to Søren Johansen, Market Area Manager, and join a Nordic Capital Sales team built on openness, collaboration and individual ownership.
