OnBase Technical Lead

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience leading technical development teams and architecting enterprise-scale OnBase implementations
• Expert hands-on expertise developing, configuring, and optimizing OnBase WorkView and Workflow
• Strong knowledge of OnBase system administration, configuration, and Unity Client
• Experience integrating OnBase with external systems and planning interface deployments
• Solid understanding of the end-to-end SDLC, unit testing, and debugging
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Official OnBase WorkView and/or Workflow certification preferred
• Ability to complete a standard state- or government-issued background check before onboarding
• At least two years of experience with OnBase WorkView and Workflow certification, developing and enhancing OnBase applications, OnBase WorkView and Workflow functionality, OnBase configuration and administration, and Unity Client use

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development team in designing, coding, testing, and deploying enhancements to enterprise OnBase applications
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs as the functional architect and subject matter expert
• Configure, build, and optimize OnBase WorkView applications and Workflow processes
• Direct interface, process, and workflow deployment strategies across system environments
• Oversee SDLC activities, including requirements gathering, architecture and code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and quality assurance
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production incidents, risks, and defects
• Estimate development timelines, manage milestones, and provide technical status updates to leadership
• Mentor team members and guide them on OnBase development tools and best practices

We are seeking an experienced OnBase Technical Lead to serve as the principal technical authority and functional architect for enterprise applications, with a focus on WorkView and Workflow. This is a long-term, 9-month-and-25-day contract for 40 hours per week, with one opening. The role is remote, with occasional on-site travel as needed, in connection with Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
