Oracle Fusion ICM Product Owner / Business Analyst

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of Product Owner or business analysis experience
• Functional and technical experience with Oracle Fusion ICM
• Experience with compensation plans, crediting rules, eligibility, and rate tables
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Experience with OTBI and BI Publisher
• Skills in backlog management, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, or Scrum
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Experience with data mapping and integrations
• Financial services or wealth management experience preferred
• W2 engagement; limited to U.S. citizens and green card holders

Responsibilities:

• Own and prioritize the product or team backlog
• Translate business requirements into features and user stories
• Define acceptance criteria, non-functional requirements, and control requirements
• Support sprint and PI planning, as well as release readiness
• Configure ICM compensation and crediting rules
• Define data flows and source-to-target mappings
• Coordinate with Technology, Finance, Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams
• Support OIC integrations and OTBI/BI Publisher reporting
