Oracle Fusion Project Manager (Remote)

Requirements:

• 5+ years of project management experience, including at least 2 years working on ERP implementation projects.
• Project-level experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations in ERP, SCM, and/or HCM.
• Experience in a structured PMO or transformation office environment.
• Solid understanding of project management fundamentals, including scheduling, RAID management, and resource planning.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to project sponsors and functional leads.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day project activities for an assigned Oracle Fusion workstream (ERP, SCM, or HCM), reporting to the Program Manager.
• Develop and maintain the workstream project plan, including tasks, timelines, dependencies, and resource assignments.
• Facilitate workstream status meetings, working sessions, and stakeholder check-ins.
• Identify, track, and resolve workstream risks and issues, escalating cross-workstream or program-level matters to the Program Manager.
• Coordinate daily activities for functional and technical resources assigned to the workstream.
• Maintain workstream reporting, including status updates, RAID log entries, and task progress for program-level reporting.
• Ensure workstream deliverables align with approved business requirements and design decisions.
• Support workstream organizational change management activities in coordination with our Business Transformation Office change resources.
• Coordinate workstream testing, training, and cutover activities to support readiness under the program plan.
• Coordinate vendor and systems integrator resources and track their workstream deliverables.

We are seeking an Oracle Fusion Project Manager to work within an assigned ERP, SCM, or HCM workstream under the Program Manager and Business Transformation Office structure. The role owns detailed workstream planning, day-to-day coordination, issue resolution, and status reporting, with a focus on completing deliverables on schedule, within budget, and in line with program milestones and requirements. The position is based in Las Vegas, Nevada, with a hybrid or remote work arrangement, for an eight-month duration.
