Oracle ICM Support Specialist (Remote)

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience configuring and supporting Oracle Sales Cloud Incentive Compensation (ICM)
• 10+ years of functional ERP configuration and application engineering support experience
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues and resolve system incidents
• Preferred: Experience with Oracle Database Security
• Preferred: Experience supporting applications in the Financial Services sector
• Preferred: Strong stakeholder communication and client-facing collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Identify, diagnose, and resolve functional and technical issues in Oracle Sales Cloud Incentive Compensation applications
• Configure systems, conduct root cause analyses, and remediate application issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to improve system reliability and performance
• Mentor team members and contribute to operational documentation and best practices

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Incentive Management (ICM) Support Specialist to join our high-performing engineering support team and help improve critical enterprise operations through subject matter expertise, issue resolution, configuration, and application enhancements. This is a remote contract role with working hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., paying $59.33–$69.33 per hour.
