PeopleSoft Lead Developer

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 8 years of PeopleSoft development experience, including at least 3 years developing Fluid UI.
• Strong knowledge of PeopleTools 8.56 or higher, PeopleCode, Application Designer, Application Engine, Application Packages, SQR, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker.
• Expertise in Fluid technologies, including Activity Guides, Work Centers, Page Field Configurator, Event Mapping, Open Search, Search Configuration, and Navigation Collections.
• Strong HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, SQL, and PL/SQL skills, including Oracle database development.
• Experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Workforce Administration, Compensation, and Benefits Administration.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, analyze issues, and troubleshoot effectively.
• Preferred: SAFe/Agile certification, or willingness to obtain it within six months; experience in global enterprise environments; strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy PeopleSoft solutions using PeopleTools 8.56+, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Application Packages, SQR, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker.
• Develop and maintain Fluid UI homepages, responsive pages, Navigation Collections, Work Centers, and Activity Guides.
• Implement Event Mapping, Drop Zones, Page Field Configurator, Open Search, and Search Configuration functionality.
• Build and maintain integrations with third-party applications using Integration Broker, APIs, web services, and file-based interfaces.
• Support PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Workforce Administration, Compensation, and Benefits Administration modules.
• Prepare technical design documentation, test plans, and test cases.
• Support user acceptance testing, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects.
• Work with project teams, technical leads, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions on schedule.
• Attend recurring status meetings and update project leadership on progress.
