Principal Product Application Engineer

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering and 10+ years of storage-related experience, or a masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field and 7+ years of storage-related experience.
• Proficiency in PCIe protocol, NVMe, and NAND.
• Experience with bus analyzers and trace evaluation tools.
• Strong programming skills in Python, C, and C++.
• Knowledge of Linux kernel and drivers is a plus.
• Understanding of storage architectures and system-level debugging is beneficial.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor testing progress, identify potential issues, and report findings to confirm compliance with design specifications and customer standards and requirements.
• Work with SOC, firmware, hardware, and other teams to address and resolve product challenges.
• Coordinate debugging of system issues to support seamless integration and product reliability.
• Maintain open communication to enable efficient problem-solving and improve product quality.
• Support customers by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining clear, timely communication.
