Principal Software Engineer

Requirements:

• We are looking for a principal software engineer with years of professional full-stack engineering experience, with a strong backend emphasis.
• We work with Node.js, Python, or Go, along with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• We value experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS or GCP.
• We look for familiarity with message queues, event-driven architectures, and CI/CD practices.
• Bonus: experience with monorepo tooling and an interest in language and economics.

Responsibilities:

• We design and build distributed, event-driven systems and microservices at scale.
• We lead RESTful API design and data processing pipelines.
• We set technical direction and mentor engineers across the team.
• We contribute across the stack, including frontend development with TypeScript and React.
