Product Designer

Requirements:

• UX/UI design experience for responsive web applications
• Native iOS and Android design experience preferred
• A strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful execution, accessibility, and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Figma and experience with design systems, Material Design, and iOS Human Interface Guidelines
• Experience in regulated industries, preferably healthcare or medical devices
• Ability to communicate complex design ideas and explain design decisions
• Exposure to user research and familiarity with AI-assisted design tools are a plus
• Ability to collaborate across functions and work effectively in Agile environments
• Willingness and ability to work on a W-2 basis

Responsibilities:

• Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to shape product strategy and near-term plans
• Represent design by defining the look, feel, and interactions of products and communicating the design vision
• Propose and advance design ideas that can benefit the broader product portfolio
• Advocate for the needs of patients, caregivers, providers, and users of internal tools
• Contribute to a constructive design culture and engage openly with feedback
• Design accessible responsive web applications and native iOS and Android experiences
• Collaborate in Agile product settings and adjust to shifting priorities
• Meet deadlines while maintaining design craft and quality

We are seeking a product designer to support digital initiatives across responsive web and native mobile, including account creation, eCommerce, internal data analysis tools, and annual iOS and Android OS updates and feature enhancements. The role involves working with product managers, engineers, and designers to deliver accessible, high-quality user experiences in a regulated environment. This is a remote opportunity paying $50–$54 per hour on a W-2 basis.
