Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire Designer and Interactive modules
- Strong understanding of XML data input, data transformation, imposition, and layout modules
- Proficiency with Master Templates, Data Definition, Base Template, and Style Master
- Strong knowledge of Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions
- Experience with Guidewire InsuranceNow and Guidewire PolicyCenter
- Experience with Inspire Scaler and XPression is a plus
- Guidewire PolicyCenter implementation and state rollout experience is a plus
- Experience with SQL Server or Oracle databases is a plus
- Familiarity with WebSphere, Apache Tomcat, JBOSS, or other J2EE application containers is a plus
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications for Quadient development
- Design, develop, configure, deploy, and maintain Quadient solutions, primarily using Quadient Inspire
- Design, implement, and customize document templates, workflows, and communication solutions
- Integrate systems and manage data exchanges with external platforms
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, align solutions with business objectives, and provide regular updates
- Use Inspire Designer and Interactive modules to establish client workflows and instances
- Update existing client workflows according to Business Analyst specifications
- Provide expertise in solution design, architecture, and integration
- Process data from varied sources and formats, including flat files, relational and nonrelational databases, XML, and JSON
- Create personalized omnichannel communications
- Conduct unit testing and support integration testing
- Work with QA to help deliver defect-free solutions
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Quadient applications
- Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
