RPA Developer

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in automation development, RPA, or process automation.
• A bachelors degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience developing and implementing automation solutions.
• Experience with one or more automation platforms, such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, or Alteryx.
• Strong scripting and programming skills in Python, VBA, or SQL.
• Skills in data analytics, business process analysis, and problem-solving.
• Experience with solution design, testing, deployment, production support, and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience in financial services, wealth management operations, banking, brokerage, or capital markets is required.
• Knowledge of trade processing, settlements, reconciliations, client reporting, reference data, and exception management.
• Automation tool certifications are preferred.
• Consulting experience and experience delivering enterprise automation initiatives are preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes to identify automation and operational improvement opportunities.
• Gather business requirements, document process flows, set acceptance criteria, and assess automation feasibility.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using RPA platforms and scripting technologies.
• Build automated workflows with UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, Alteryx, and related tools.
• Use Python, VBA, and SQL for data processing, integrations, reporting, and automation.
• Partner with operations teams, technology groups, and business stakeholders to deliver automation initiatives.
• Support user acceptance testing, deployment, rollout, and operational readiness.
• Monitor production automations, troubleshoot incidents, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain documentation, operational procedures, and automation controls.
• Train and guide business users as they adopt automated processes.
• Update stakeholders on project progress, risks, improvements, and realized business benefits.
• Identify reusable automation components and promote consistent development practices.
