Rust Developer

Requirements:

• 5+ years of backend or software engineering experience, including building production cloud-native distributed systems on AWS.
• 2+ years of hands-on Rust experience, or demonstrable production-grade Rust project work, including asynchronous programming, concurrency, and performance tuning.
• Deep knowledge of AWS services and cloud patterns, including networking and VPC, IAM and security, compute and containerization, monitoring, and logging.
• Proven ability to design and build greenfield platforms in regulated environments, including new services, data contracts, CI/CD standards, and operational readiness.
• Preferred: C#/.NET experience, familiarity with microservices or service-oriented architectures, and experience migrating or modernizing legacy or .NET platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance production cloud-native distributed systems on AWS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and modernize platforms, including migration projects.
• Create scalable, high-performance services with a focus on reliability, security, and operational excellence.
• Contribute across the software development lifecycle, from planning through deployment and maintenance.
• Participate in code reviews, automated testing, and infrastructure-as-code practices to deliver high-quality software.
