Salesforce Developer

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3–5 years of combined Salesforce administration and development experience
• Salesforce Administrator certification; Platform App Builder and/or Platform Developer I certification strongly preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of the Salesforce data model, SOQL/SOSL, and standard sales and service objects
• Experience with Flow and validation rules, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce security, reports and dashboards, and troubleshooting integrations involving APIs or middleware

Responsibilities:

• Manage Salesforce administration, including user setup, security, page layouts, record types, and Lightning App Builder configuration
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, and test classes, as well as Lightning Web Components, following best practices
• Build and maintain Screen Flows and record-triggered Flows
• Support and troubleshoot Salesforce integrations with ERP, CPQ, middleware, and other business systems, escalating architecture-level changes when needed
• Collaborate with IT and developers working on other systems to support business-wide integrations
• Monitor and improve data quality through deduplication, validation rules, and required fields
• Follow Salesforce best practices and document custom development
• Stay current with Salesforce technologies and best practices
• Create and execute user acceptance test plans, including use cases and test data
• Own release cycles for implementing and deploying new or updated applications and code
