Requirements:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution.
- 2–4+ years of hands-on SAP Basis Administration experience.
- Practical experience migrating SAP systems from on-premises infrastructure to hyperscaler cloud platforms.
- Solid understanding of technical managed services and IT service management (ITSM) processes.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with proven stakeholder management capabilities.
- Preferred: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform certification.
- Preferred: Experience at Career Level 10/11 or in an equivalent IT consulting role.
- Preferred: Ability to work independently in a fully remote team structure.
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily technical managed services and SAP Basis administration across enterprise client environments.
- Drive cloud migration initiatives, moving SAP systems from on-premises infrastructure to hyperscaler platforms.
- Manage ITSM processes, operational reporting, and service level agreements to support high system availability.
- Communicate operational status, risks, and technical solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
- Partner with technical engineering teams to improve service delivery and operational frameworks.

We are seeking a Service Delivery Lead for our SAP Maintenance & Operations Center of Excellence to oversee technical managed services and support enterprise clients through cloud transformations. This is a remote contract role with working hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and a pay rate of $40–$50 per hour.
