SAP Software Test Engineer

Requirements:

• Active Secret security clearance
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• At least five years of manual software testing experience with large-scale ERP systems
• Hands-on experience testing SAP S/4HANA applications, workflows, and integrations
• Working knowledge of the SAFe framework, SDLC, and Agile development practices
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Test automation experience, preferably with Tricentis TOSCA and/or UiPath
• ISTQB or similar testing certification
• Experience with ServiceNow CWM for Agile test management and defect tracking
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Git, and DevSecOps practices
• Prior experience supporting federal agencies or Department of Defense clients

Responsibilities:

• Review user stories and functional requirements to identify test scenarios, edge cases, acceptance criteria, and other testing needs
• Design, develop, and maintain test scripts for SAP TM, YL, GTT, and EWM modules, workflows, and integrations
• Perform functional testing of JTMS modules and customizations within a SAFe Agile framework
• Document defects with clear reproduction steps, track them through resolution, and share findings with development teams
• Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and maximize test coverage
• Create and maintain test cases, test data sets, and traceability matrices aligned with SAFe Agile practices
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies
• Identify ways to improve testing processes, tools, and quality assurance practices
