SCADA Analyst

Requirements:

• We require 8+ years of experience.
• We require a bachelors degree.
• We need hands-on experience with ClearSCADA, AutoSol, Kepware, and OPC.
• We need strong knowledge of SCADA systems and industrial communication protocols, including OPC, Modbus, DNP3, and MQTT.
• We expect experience with Databricks, SQL, Python, Power BI, and cloud-based data architectures.
• We need strong SQL expertise.
• We look for knowledge of network operations and telecommunications.
• We value understanding of flow computer protocols.
• We require experience in the energy sector.
• We need strong problem-solving, communication, organizational, and collaboration abilities.
• We expect a commitment to safety and operational excellence.
• Preferred: Python, VBScript, or Ladder Logic experience.
• Preferred: database development and administration experience.

Responsibilities:

• We develop and support SCADA solutions aligned with business and operational needs.
• We provide technical leadership and mentor team members.
• We design and support OT data pipelines integrating SCADA, ACM, Kepware, MQTT/Sparkplug B, HiveMQ, and edge technologies.
• We integrate operational data with enterprise platforms such as Databricks.
• We troubleshoot and improve polling engines, communication channels, edge devices, and data flows.
• We build data solutions for reporting, analytics, machine learning, and business decision-making.
• We collaborate with Operations, Engineering, OT, and IT teams.
• We drive standardization, automation, continuous improvement, and process optimization.
