Senior Application Developer

Requirements:

• Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least seven years of application development experience, with a record of delivering complex projects.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure, including architecture and design.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, including experience leading large teams.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps.
• Commitment to keeping current with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and lead the development of custom enterprise applications that support our business objectives.
• Set project technical direction and align development work with organizational goals and industry best practices.
• Provide departmental expertise and strategic input on emerging technologies and tools.
• Lead cross-functional teams in developing and deploying sophisticated application solutions.
• Manage the application development lifecycle from concept through production deployment and ongoing maintenance.
• Improve our teams development processes, tools, and standards.
• Engage stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and support successful application delivery.
• Mentor and train junior and mid-level developers, encouraging knowledge sharing and innovation.
