Senior Full Stack Developer

Requirements:

• Roughly seven or more years of experience building production web applications.
• Deep C# and .NET experience, along with front-end experience in React, Next.js, or TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience using AI coding agents on shipped work, including the ability to discuss where they fell short.
• Experience with cloud hosting and automated deployment pipelines.
• Confidence working directly with clients.
• Preferred: Experience with content management platforms.
• Preferred: Background in an agency, consulting, product, or SaaS environment.
• Preferred: Experience building tools that help other developers work more efficiently.
• Preferred: Experience leading a major migration.

Responsibilities:

• Lead client projects from initial conversations through launch.
• Turn loosely defined requests into clear plans.
• Guide AI coding tools such as Claude Code and Cursor through implementation.
• Manage several workstreams at once and review generated code before it reaches production.
• Make architectural decisions and discuss tradeoffs with clients.
• Help shape how the broader team uses AI in its development work.
