Senior Implementation Engineer / Specialist

Requirements:

• Strong experience with the Microsoft ecosystem, particularly Azure
• Familiarity with implementing AI technologies such as Claude; AI model development is not required
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, perform technical work, and engage directly with clients
• Microsoft Intune experience is highly desired
• ConnectWise experience is preferred
• Previous managed service provider (MSP) experience is a major plus
• Technical certifications are a plus

Responsibilities:

• Lead client technology projects from planning through execution and completion
• Act as a primary technical contact for clients
• Carry out hands-on implementations, configurations, upgrades, and troubleshooting
• Implement and support Microsoft-based solutions, particularly Azure and Intune
• Help implement AI solutions for municipal clients
• Manage client expectations, share progress updates, and keep projects on track
