Senior IT Technician - Onsite

Requirements:

• Bring at least three years of experience; a bachelors degree in information technology or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Have hands-on experience administering Microsoft Windows client and server operating systems and Microsoft 365 tools, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Intune.
• Have experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, identity and access management, and enterprise IT systems.
• Be experienced in supporting network infrastructure such as switches, wireless networks, VPNs, and firewalls, as well as servers, virtualization, storage, or related technologies.
• Have experience with endpoint management platforms such as ConfigMgr/SCCM or Intune, corporate mobile device management for iOS and Android, application deployment, software packaging, and operating system deployment.
• Demonstrate initiative, independence, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally, provide professional customer-focused support, and collaborate with local and global IT teams.
• Be able to travel domestically or internationally up to 10% of the time.
• Wear personal protective equipment when required and meet the roles physical demands, including frequent standing or walking, continuous sitting, and occasional lifting or carrying up to 50 pounds, climbing, bending, crawling, and reaching. Reasonable accommodations may be available.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and operating system issues for end users.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Exchange Online, and other enterprise systems.
• Configure, deploy, and support computers, mobile devices, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Partner with global IT teams on infrastructure projects, system upgrades, security initiatives, and standardization.
• Manage user accounts, security groups, access permissions, and business system integrations.
• Assist with cybersecurity operations, vulnerability remediation, endpoint protection, and security practices.
• Support CMMC, ITAR, cybersecurity audits, and other compliance or certification initiatives.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers, including equipment procurement and invoice approvals.
• Keep documentation current for systems, processes, configurations, and asset inventories.
• Identify opportunities to automate work, improve processes, and increase operational efficiency.
• Support global IT services while acting as a trusted local IT resource for our site.
• Perform other related duties as needed to meet our organizations ongoing needs.
