Senior Microsoft Intune Specialist

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Management.
• Experience implementing enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), Apple Business Manager, and Apple DEP/ADE.
• Experience configuring Conditional Access, compliance policies, device security policies, device enrollment, application deployment, and policy management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and endpoint security best practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot enrollment, synchronization, and device compliance issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience documenting technical processes and transferring knowledge to agency staff.
• Preferred, but not required: Experience in state government or other public-sector environments; migrating from Meraki or another MDM platform to Intune; using Windows Autopilot and endpoint provisioning; applying STIG, CIS, or other security standards; holding relevant Microsoft certifications; integrating MDM with ticketing or asset management systems; or using PowerShell for scripting and automation.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, configure, implement, and support our mobile device and endpoint management environment using Microsoft Azure/Entra and Intune.
• Configure device enrollment, compliance policies, Conditional Access, application deployment, and security baselines.
• Manage integrations with Apple Business Manager and Android Enterprise.
• Support migrations, troubleshoot issues, document technical processes, transfer knowledge, and recommend implementation approaches aligned with state, federal, and agency security standards.
• Collaborate with agency IT staff to modernize and streamline mobile device deployment and management.
