Senior .NET Engineer

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack .NET Developer
• Previous experience in banking, fintech, or financial services
• Strong skills in C#, .NET/.NET Core, and ASP.NET MVC/Web API
• Experience with a front-end framework such as Angular, React, or Blazor
• Solid SQL Server and database design experience
• Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration
• Understanding of secure coding practices and data protection in financial applications
• Experience with Git or another version control system
• Preferred: Experience with cloud platforms, especially Azure; AWS is also acceptable
• Preferred: Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards such as PCI-DSS, SOX, AML/KYC, and GDPR
• Preferred: Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization tools such as Docker or Kubernetes
• Preferred: Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitLab
• Preferred: Understanding of core banking systems, payment processing, or digital banking platforms
• Preferred: Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Preferred: Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack applications using .NET/.NET Core, C#, and ASP.NET
• Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces with Angular, React, or Blazor
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices for banking and financial applications
• Design and optimize SQL Server databases, including queries, stored procedures, and functions
• Work with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to turn banking requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure applications meet security, compliance, and regulatory standards, including PCI-DSS, SOX, GDPR, and AML/KYC
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and CI/CD processes
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve application performance in production
• Integrate third-party banking systems, payment gateways, and core banking platforms
• Document technical designs, workflows, and processes
