Senior Network Security Engineer

Requirements:

• Experience designing an ITSM system for incident and problem management, workflows, and reporting metrics, preferably using ServiceNow
• 10 years of experience in technical operations, engineering and implementation, and security engineering in an environment with 1,000 or more users
• Experience managing support and maintenance agreements and external service providers
• Experience working with a Security Operations Center
• A four-year college degree in a related field and/or relevant professional experience
• 7 years of experience managing and leading IT engineering teams
• Knowledge of cybersecurity operations and best practices
• Strong organizational and management skills, including the ability to oversee multiple concurrent projects
• Strong knowledge of ITIL concepts; ITIL certification is a plus
• Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
• Client-focused approach, with the ability to identify client needs, support client goals, manage expectations, and achieve high client satisfaction

Responsibilities:

• Explain complex problems clearly and present network issues and changes to stakeholders and executive leadership
• Produce reports on SLA adherence, incident management, and network performance
• Maintain compliance with PCI, HIPAA, CJIS, and other regulations
