Senior Power Platform Developer

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience developing with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
• Strong communication skills for technical and business requirement discussions.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• PowerApps Professional or PowerApps Developer certification, or equivalent credentials.
• Preferred experience with Power Platform DevOps, including Power Pipelines and ALM Accelerator.

Responsibilities:

• Create and configure Power Apps and Power Automate solutions, including canvas and model-driven apps.
• Build and configure Power Pages for internal and external websites.
• Customize, configure, develop, deploy, and support Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
• Lead client workshops and gather requirements.
• Understand business challenges, map solutions to use cases, and develop applications using Power Platform.
• Participate in code reviews and uphold development standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, document solutions, and coordinate fixes with system administrators and other IT resources.
• Design solutions and document common use cases.
• Create documentation covering requirements, recommendations, technical analysis, and platform usage.
• Develop mockups and prototypes that address requirements and business needs.
• Follow implementation best practices and help define or refine organization-wide platform governance.
• Participate in the Agile software development life cycle.
