Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or a related field
- Hands-on product or program ownership experience with Workday and/or Salesforce
- Experience partnering with executive and C-suite stakeholders
- Experience working with implementation partners and vendors
- Backlog management and Agile practice experience, including familiarity with Jira and Confluence
- Preferred: experience with both Workday and Salesforce
- Preferred: exposure to Workday HCM and Financials modules
- Preferred: experience in a professional services firm
- Preferred: CSPO or SAFe POPM certification
Responsibilities:
- Set product strategy and manage the roadmap for Workday and Salesforce
- Guide adoption and expansion of Workday modules to support a single source of truth
- Prioritize Salesforce customization needs
- Intake and prioritize requests from people operations, accounting, IT, and growth teams
- Partner with the CFO, COO, CPO, and people operations leaders
- Coordinate with implementation partners, vendor managers, and developers
- Manage the product backlog and facilitate Agile ceremonies
- Support product education, adoption, and onboarding related to M&A integration
