Senior Projects Analyst

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience supporting maintenance or project activities with SAP or a similar system
• Strong SAP experience, particularly with projects, maintenance, requisitioning, or purchasing
• Experience creating requisitions and resolving purchase order and invoice issues
• Experience working with Procurement and Accounts Payable
• Ability to research project data and troubleshoot SAP-related issues
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to read and understand drawings and technical documentation
• Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Experience with procurement activities, project controls, pipeline or terminal operations, or maintenance systems is a plus
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with pipeline or terminal equipment, especially Midstream experience, are advantageous
• Organized, persistent, and comfortable following up on details

Responsibilities:

• Support Midstream Projects with purchasing, project setup, labor and expense activities, vendor coordination, SAP troubleshooting, documentation, and reporting
• Assist Project Leads with SAP issues and investigate why processes are not flowing correctly
• Maintain accurate project costs, purchase orders, change orders, and documentation
• Coordinate with Procurement, Accounts Payable, vendors, Project Leads, and internal teams to resolve issues and keep projects moving
• Help train Project Leads and support Project Builder requisitioning
• Troubleshoot system errors and manage project access
• Help team members use SAP correctly
