Requirements:
- Hands-on programming experience in an object-oriented language; Python and REST experience are mandatory.
- Experience with Python, REST APIs, Unix/Linux, and SQL.
- Systems engineering experience with containerization technologies such as OpenShift.
- Experience with MongoDB, Redis, and S3.
- Experience with CI/CD, Bitbucket, and Ansible.
- Strong communication skills and a professional work ethic.
- Preferred, but not required: knowledge of fixed-income products and experience developing risk and pricing applications.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, enhance, modify, and maintain applications using Python, AI/ML, and SQL.
- Write Linux and Python scripts for AI/ML pipelines and REST API development.
- Take end-to-end ownership of OpenShift.
- Lead upgrades and changes to the applications Hadoop footprint.
- Support CI/CD deployments.
