Requirements:
- Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with Python, PyTest, and Playwright automation
- Experience with API, UI, database, integration, and end-to-end testing
- Familiarity with Jenkins and CI/CD, Jira, Git, Bitbucket, and GitHub
- Exposure to Linux, Windows, Python virtual environments, and command-line operations
- Familiarity with Snowflake, Microsoft SQL Server, and MySQL; Cassandra experience is preferred
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development and test automation tools, including GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and MCP integrations
- Skills in defect triage and debugging
- Flexibility to accommodate global team schedules and provide partial overlap with teams across time zones
- Strong communication and proactive engagement skills for distributed collaboration
Responsibilities:
- Perform end-to-end integration testing across application components
- Validate UI, API, database, and system-level interactions
- Execute regression and release validation testing, and support deployment verification
- Provide final QA sign-off before production releases and verify deployments in target environments
- Test application functionality across development, QA, staging, and production-like environments
- Validate build and deployment artifacts through Jenkins pipelines
- Help troubleshoot deployment and post-release issues
- Configure, integrate, and use the technical tools as part of testing, automation, debugging, and release activities
