Senior Salesforce Developer

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce security and sharing, data modeling, and automation.
• Practical experience with Flows and current Salesforce development practices.
• Experience building REST/SOAP integrations and working with JSON/XML payloads.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD, and deployment processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification is preferred.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, or other industry clouds is an advantage.
• A bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred; equivalent professional experience may be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, test, deploy, and support Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, and related platform features.
• Turn approved functional and technical requirements into robust, maintainable solutions.
• Develop scalable, bulk-safe, high-performance Apex that respects Salesforce governor limits.
• Create Lightning Web Components and contemporary Salesforce user experiences.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, JSON/XML, and suitable integration patterns.
• Implement asynchronous processing with Queueable Apex, Batch Apex, Future methods, and Platform Events as appropriate.
• Review code and uphold agreed engineering standards and best practices.
• Investigate and resolve defects and production incidents, including identifying root causes.
• Write and maintain unit tests, supporting code quality and deployment readiness.
• Support CI/CD and Git-based deployment workflows across Salesforce environments.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies, estimation, sprint delivery, demonstrations, and releases.
• Offer technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Clearly explain technical issues, options, risks, and dependencies to technical and business stakeholders.
