Senior Salesforce Developer

Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Direct experience with Financial Services Cloud
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, trigger frameworks, and Flows
• Understanding of Salesforce security and sharing models and governor limits
• Experience with Git and deployment tools such as Salesforce DX, Copado, or Gearset
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including working directly with Product Owners and business partners
• Organization, reliability, and professionalism in client and team settings
• Ability to work onsite in New York or Washington, DC, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
• Banking or financial services background preferred
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification preferred; Developer II is a plus
• Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional certification preferred
• Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance preferred
• Exposure to OmniStudio preferred

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions
• Create custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, triggers, and asynchronous processing, including Batch, Queueable, and Scheduled jobs
• Configure and extend the Financial Services Cloud data model, including Person Accounts, Financial Accounts, Households, and Relationship Groups
• Build and support integrations with core banking and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events
• Work with the Product Owner to refine requirements, estimate work, and turn business needs into technical solutions
• Collaborate with developers, administrators, QA, and architects in an Agile team, including sprint ceremonies and code reviews
• Write clean, well-documented code and follow CI/CD and version control practices
• Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to technical and business stakeholders
