Senior Salesforce Developer

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of in-depth technical experience across the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Demonstrated implementation experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Advanced proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforces programmatic framework.
• Experience building Salesforce solutions in healthcare, with knowledge of patient care workflows, medical data structures, and regulatory and privacy requirements.
• Strong architecture skills, including complex data modeling, Salesforce platform boundaries and governor limits, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, modern CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automated testing frameworks.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for complex code, asynchronous processing, and integration failures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain technical solutions to business leaders and non-technical stakeholders.
• Preferred: Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Preferred: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II.
• Preferred: Salesforce Certified Application Architect or certifications in the System Architect track.
• Preferred: Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant.
• Preferred: Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant.

Responsibilities:

• Turn complex business needs into robust technical designs, scalable data models, system architectures, and sharing models that follow Salesforce best practices.
• Lead hands-on implementation with Apex classes, triggers, controllers, Async Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flows.
• Design and develop secure, high-performance REST and SOAP APIs and middleware integrations connecting Salesforce with external platforms, electronic health records, and internal systems.
• Guide technical work, review code, set engineering standards, and mentor junior developers.
• Optimize governor-limit usage and performance under bulk loads, maintain platform security, and align solutions with healthcare compliance standards, including HIPAA.
• Create and maintain architecture diagrams, data dictionaries, integration contracts, and deployment runbooks.
• Manage releases using Salesforce DX and Git-based version control; assess Salesforce releases for innovation opportunities and refactoring needs.
• Partner with healthcare business stakeholders, product managers, and cross-functional technical teams to clarify requirements, manage technical debt, and support product delivery.
