Requirements:

• Hands-on enterprise data migration experience
• Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud data
• Expertise in data profiling, cleansing, and transformation
• Proven ability to create source-to-target data mappings
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience with data validation, reconciliation, and migration cutover execution
• Preferred: Banking or financial services data migration experience
• Preferred: Commercial or middle-market banking exposure
• Preferred: KYC and customer data experience
• Preferred: Experience migrating from highly customized legacy environments to Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
• Preferred: Snowflake exposure or experience

Responsibilities:

• Profile, cleanse, and transform legacy banking data for migration into Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Snowflake
• Create detailed source-to-target data mappings and transformation rules
• Execute data migrations, validations, and reconciliations across source and target systems
• Identify, analyze, and resolve data-quality issues and migration defects
• Support mock migration cycles, production cutover, and post-migration stabilization
• Enable and validate integrations and data exchanges between Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Snowflake

We are recruiting for a remote, hands-on Senior Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Data Migration Analyst to help move legacy banking data into a new Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Snowflake environment. This individual-contributor role emphasizes practical execution rather than project management. The position is contract-to-hire; applicants must be willing and able to work on a W-2 basis and convert to full-time employment after the contract period. The stated rate is $100–$130 per hour on W-2, with pay determined in part by skills, experience, and other compensable factors.
