Senior SAP BRIM Project Manager

Requirements:

• 8+ years of IT delivery or support experience, including at least 4 years working with SAP BRIM and 3 years in project management or application maintenance services.
• Functional or technical expertise in at least two SAP BRIM components: SOM, CC, CI, or RAR, plus familiarity with the end-to-end data pipeline.
• Experience managing ITIL-based incident, problem, change, and release processes using tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or SAP Solution Manager.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional technical teams across distributed time zones, including developers, functional consultants, BASIS, and middleware teams.
• Familiarity with SAP integration technologies such as OData, REST APIs, IDocs, and SAP CPI, as well as reconciling rated events with general ledger entries.
• Bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Level 2 and Level 3 production support across the SAP BRIM suite and manage day-to-day operations.
• Track and report operational KPIs, including MTTA, MTTR, SLA compliance, ticket backlog trends, and first-time-fix rates.
• Act as the primary escalation point for Priority 1 and 2 billing, mediation, rating, and invoicing incidents; lead root cause analyses and post-mortem reviews.
• Manage recurring operations such as month-end billing cycles, automated rating batches, bill-run failures, out-of-sequence consumption data, and financial posting reconciliations.
• Oversee minor releases, change requests, and platform enhancements using Agile/Scrum or Waterfall approaches.
• Maintain project schedules, resource allocations, sprint backlogs, RAID logs, and release-readiness checklists.
• Coordinate delivery from requirements and solution design through build, system integration and regression testing, cutover, and post-deployment stabilization.
• Work with business finance, IT steering committees, external system integrators, and vendor partners.
• Provide functional governance for SAP SOM, SAP CC, SAP CI, and SAP RAR.
• Coordinate integration integrity across SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP CPQ, SAP Integration Suite (CPI), external CRM systems, and data mediation layers.
