Senior Security Architect

Requirements:

• 10–15+ years of cybersecurity and network security experience, including 5+ years in SASE/SSE, Zero Trust, cloud security, and enterprise security transformations.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field; a masters degree is preferred.
• Experience with SSE/SASE platforms such as Palo Alto Prisma Access, Zscaler, Netskope, or Cisco SSE, or equivalent technologies.
• Knowledge of Secure Web Gateway (SWG), Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), identity and access management (SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access), and cloud security across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of network security and routing, VPN technologies, traffic steering, SIEM and security integrations, threat prevention, URL filtering, SSL inspection, security architecture, and enterprise design.
• Preferred certifications include CISSP, CCSP, PCNSE or Palo Alto Prisma Access, Zscaler Certified Architect, CCIE Security or CCNP Security, and Azure Security Engineer or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture, design, and deployment strategy for SSE platforms, including SWG, ZTNA, Secure Browser, DEM, URL filtering, and threat prevention.
• Facilitate client workshops and assess existing network, security, identity, and application architectures.
• Create high-level and low-level design documents.
• Establish architecture standards, security controls, and implementation best practices.
• Design traffic steering, service connections, routing, authentication, and policy frameworks.
• Provide technical leadership through implementation, migration, testing, and rollout.
• Review and validate security policies, user access models, segmentation approaches, and compliance requirements.
• Lead technical risk assessments and mitigation planning.
• Support UAT planning, design validation, and production-readiness reviews.
• Provide governance and oversight during cutover and hypercare.
• Lead knowledge transfer and transition to operational support teams.
