Senior Software Engineer / AI Tech Lead

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• We lead a development team through new application builds and modernization initiatives while staying hands-on with design, coding, reviews, testing, and troubleshooting.
• We define technical direction for projects, including architecture, integration approaches, modernization strategy, engineering standards, delivery methods, and technical risk control.
• We use AI-assisted development tools to speed up code understanding, generation, refactoring, testing, documentation, and migration planning, while applying experienced engineering judgment to validate results.
• We design and build practical agents and agentic workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph, A2A, MCP-enabled tools, or similar technologies.
• We help modernize legacy applications by examining existing code, uncovering business logic, evaluating constraints, shaping target architecture, and creating phased transformation plans.
• We make pragmatic architecture choices across APIs, data models, cloud services, security, observability, integration, DevSecOps, and user experience.
• We mentor developers in software engineering best practices, AI-enabled delivery techniques, secure coding, automated testing, maintainable design, and effective code review.
• We work closely with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, client technical teams, and delivery leaders to turn business needs into actionable technical plans.
• We identify and mitigate risks in AI-generated software, including brittle code, hidden assumptions, weak tests, security vulnerabilities, licensing issues, maintainability gaps, and architecture drift.
