Senior Software Engineer - Mission Systems Developer

Requirements:

• 10 years of experience with C, C++, Java, Ada, and/or Python
• 10 years of experience with Version Control Software

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development of software requirements through use case analysis
• Lead efforts to create, document, and sustain software architecture, requirements, algorithms, interfaces, and designs for mission systems software
• Oversee the coding and integration of intricate Mission Systems software components into a complete software system
• Provide technical guidance for software projects and mentor junior software engineers
• Serve as an independent advisor to Program Managers and clients, identifying best practices and areas needing improvement
• Involve in program activities encompassing proposal, planning, and delivery phases
• Assist in the identification and analysis of software quality metrics to enhance software quality and mitigate risks
