Senior Solutions Architect - Hybrid

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce functional and architectural components, including Sales, Service, and Agentforce clouds; Customer 360 and Data 360; Apex and Lightning Web Components; and standard and custom data objects
• Experience designing solutions across cloud and SaaS platforms
• Experience with AI solutions, including assessing and integrating AI capabilities into enterprise solutions
• Current knowledge of system security best practices
• Background in software engineering and architecture design, with exposure to multiple technical environments
• Agile experience
• Ability to collaborate with Product, Delivery, Domain Architecture, and technical subject-matter experts
• Ability to work effectively as architecture patterns, governance processes, and tools change, and to make progress amid uncertainty
• Preferred: Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform and AWS, hands-on AI experience using AI-assisted tools to improve architecture processes, and banking experience
• Must be available and ready to work directly as a Genesis10 employee

Responsibilities:

• Lead conceptual architecture design to deliver business objectives
• Partner with Product teams to understand business goals, assess impacts, and apply enterprise patterns
• Design integrations, secure agreement from affected teams, and complete governance activities
• Identify and address architecture risks, dependencies, assumptions, and constraints involving scope, schedule, resources, and technology
• Develop architecture strategies and roadmaps that support business-segment goals
• Help business areas improve processes through technology, including automating manual work
• Assess existing technologies and identify opportunities to improve them
• Mentor colleagues and help develop the architecture community by creating and maintaining standards and patterns
