Senior Technical Business Analyst

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience as a technical business analyst.
• Demonstrated experience in wealth management.
• Ability to drive functional and technical delivery throughout project lifecycles.
• Agile business analysis experience, including backlog management and user story definition.
• Preferred: Experience with institutional retirement or workplace benefits products, such as 401(k), equity awards, or ESPP.
• Preferred: Experience working with cross-functional teams in an enterprise environment.
• Candidates must complete Glider ID verification and include their current and intended location on their resume.

Responsibilities:

• Support an agile delivery team as a hands-on business systems analyst in Workplace Benefits Technology.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements and user stories.
• Work with product owners, architects, and engineers to define scope, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans.
• Lead functional and technical solutioning, aligning delivery with business outcomes and timelines.
