Senior Technical Product Manager - AI Platform

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Product Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; alternatively, four additional years of relevant work experience.
• 10+ years of experience in product management or as a product owner.
• In-depth technical knowledge of AI technologies and use cases, including chatbots and AI agents.
• Demonstrated experience leading large AI initiatives or AI product portfolios.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks, backlog creation and execution, roadmap development, and Jira Kanban management.
• Strong background in Agile SAFe methodologies.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Experience with the AWS technology stack preferred.
• Expert proficiency in project planning and product lifecycle development, as well as Agile methods, principles, and practices.
• Ability to use product KPIs and business metrics to optimize performance.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills, including the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Certified Product Manager (CPM) or Certified Product Marketing Manager (CPMM) from AIPMM preferred upon hire.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the product management lifecycle, translating business strategy into product processes and ensuring features, requirements, and acceptance criteria support delivery and testing.
• Use market research and customer feedback to validate demand and prioritize product backlogs.
• Develop product roadmaps that communicate milestone value, and translate strategy into workflows, user stories, and features.
• Support go-to-market planning and product launches, coordinating releases with product owners, engineering, and cross-functional teams and educating stakeholders.
• Coordinate product marketing and stakeholder communications, translating technical solutions into value propositions.
• Partner with finance, when applicable, to establish revenue drivers and pricing that support competitiveness and profitability.
• Document market intelligence, competitive analysis, threats, and trends for management and leadership.
• Manage technical product work for AI initiatives, including backlogs, roadmaps, and Kanban boards in Jira.
• Plan and execute the internal AI platform, treating the internal team as the customer and capturing technical requirements.
• Apply SAFe Agile frameworks and product management practices to advance AI agents, chatbots, and Agentic AI solutions.
• Monitor product performance using predictive data and support high-reliability standards.
