Senior Technical Program Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a closely related discipline
• At least 10 years of experience in consumer electronics, smart-home, IoT, or similar product development
• At least 5 years of experience leading technical engineering programs or projects, which may be included within the 10-year background above
• Strong background in electrical hardware, controls, and PCB/PCBA development
• Experience with Bluetooth/BLE, Wi-Fi, or other wireless technologies
• Experience guiding products through R&D, prototyping, testing, manufacturing, and launch
• Thread, Zigbee, and Matter experience is considered an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of new electronic products from early concept through launch
• Provide technical direction for electrical controls, PCBA design, testing, and troubleshooting
• Coordinate collaboration across engineering and manufacturing functions
• Support connected products that use Wi-Fi, Bluetooth/BLE, and related wireless technologies

We are recruiting a Senior Technical Program Manager, Electrical Engineering, to help develop and launch next-generation smart-home and connected consumer products. This is a hands-on technical position rather than a traditional project management role, and you will work across Electrical Engineering, R&D, Firmware, Manufacturing, Quality, and suppliers to bring new products from concept into production. The role offers a salary up to $120,000 plus bonus and benefits, with a hybrid setup in Tennessee, paid relocation support, and additional relocation assistance where available. We also offer excellent compensation packages and cover interview, relocation, and fee expenses for candidates selected by the hiring companies.
