Senior Tour Developer - Manchester

Requirements:

• Proven experience in tour development, escorted touring, or cruise-and-tour product creation
• Strong international destination and itinerary knowledge
• Confident supplier negotiation skills and excellent commercial awareness
• Skills in costing, pricing, budgeting, and margin management
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
• Creative, proactive, and passionate about developing standout holidays
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with a tour operator or cruise specialist is highly desirable

Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative escorted tours and cruise-and-tour itineraries
• Research new destinations, trends, and distinctive customer experiences
• Build relationships with international suppliers, DMCs, hotels, and cruise lines
• Negotiate competitive rates, exclusive experiences, and added-value inclusions
• Manage product costing, pricing, budgets, and profit margins
• Coordinate product delivery, ensuring accuracy, quality, and deadlines are met
• Work with our Marketing team to develop engaging product content and key selling points
• Review sales performance and customer feedback to improve existing products
• Support and train our sales team on new and existing products
