Senior UAT Tester

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in conflict management
• Strong understanding of Client 365, Jira, and Confluence
• Basic testing experience preferred
• Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), software testing, business analysis, product support, or a similar role
• Prior work experience with the client or in the clients industry
• Mortgage banking experience highly preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication, facilitation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong working experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence, and the Client Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Responsibilities:

• Act as the main liaison between Product teams and Business SMEs, coordinating UAT for new functionality
• Work with Product and Business teams to turn business processes and operational scenarios into UAT test cases, scripts, validation checklists, and test data using established templates and processes
• Lead UAT sessions, walkthroughs, and readiness reviews, ensuring participants understand objectives, scenarios, dependencies, and expected outcomes
• Track defects, blockers, risks, and open questions, ensuring issues are documented, categorized, prioritized, assigned, and resolved with Product Owners, Product Analysts, and Business SMEs
• Consolidate test results, summarize quality trends, report progress, and communicate risks or readiness concerns to project leadership and stakeholders
