Requirements:
- Eligibility to obtain a security clearance
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting fundamentals, including JavaScript and Glide APIs
- Hands-on experience with the ITSM module
- Understanding of configuration versus customization best practices
- Experience supporting testing and resolving defects
- ServiceNow CSA certification; CAD certification preferred
- Exposure to CMDB, ITOM, HAM, PPM, or SPM
- Experience in structured delivery or consulting environments
- Exposure to integrations and Flow Designer
- Experience in multi-team or enterprise delivery environments
Responsibilities:
- Develop and configure ServiceNow solutions, including catalog items, workflows, forms, and UI policies
- Build and maintain scripts, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes
- Turn user stories into functional configurations and code
- Take part in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, refinement, and demos
- Work with functional analysts to clarify requirements
- Support unit testing, defect resolution, and user acceptance testing
- Troubleshoot production issues and support platform operations
- Document configurations and technical components
