ServiceNow Developer

Requirements:

• 7+ years of ServiceNow platform and architecture experience
• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting patterns
• Strong development experience with ITSM, CSM, SPM, HAM, IRM, ITOM, and SEM
• Experience building and customizing ServiceNow user interfaces
• Strong experience developing upgrade-safe applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
• Higher education experience preferred
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification in any module preferred

Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform
• Build and enhance ServiceNow user interfaces
• Develop upgrade-safe ServiceNow applications and customizations
• Create solutions using JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting best practices
• Support development across ITSM, CSM, SPM, HAM, IRM, ITOM, and SEM
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders on ServiceNow initiatives
