ServiceNow Developer

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification preferred
• 3+ years of experience developing and supporting ServiceNow applications preferred
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, ServiceNow development tools, integrations, and platform customization
• Experience with ITSM, ITIL processes, and ServiceNow workflow automation preferred
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows aligned with business objectives
• Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform using scripting, integrations, and low-code tools
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and turn business needs into technical solutions
• Develop and support integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems to improve data flow and automation
• Test, troubleshoot, and resolve platform issues while maintaining application performance and reliability
• Create and maintain technical documentation, development standards, and best practices for ongoing platform support
