ServiceNow SPM Developer

Requirements:

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
• Expertise in Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Resource Management, Agile Development, Strategic Planning, and Innovation Management.
• Strong ServiceNow development skills using JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
• Experience developing REST and SOAP integrations.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, CMDB, and data modeling.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Preferred: Experience integrating ServiceNow with Jira, Azure DevOps, SAP, Salesforce, and Workday; experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting; knowledge of App Engine Studio and Automation Engine; experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities, Predictive Intelligence, and GenAI features; exposure to Azure or AWS; or experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or Healthcare.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow SPM solutions.
• Configure and customize SPM modules, including Demand Management, PPM, Resource Management, Agile Development, and Strategic Planning.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Develop and maintain business rules, client scripts, script includes, workflows, Flow Designer solutions, UI policies, and catalog items.
• Design and implement integrations with enterprise applications such as Jira, Azure DevOps, SAP, Salesforce, and Workday.
• Build dashboards, reports, KPIs, and executive-level portfolio management insights.
• Optimize project lifecycle management, governance processes, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
• Lead code reviews and technical design sessions, and promote implementation best practices.
