Site IT Operations Technician

Requirements:

• Good spoken and written English
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or an industrial environment

Responsibilities:

• Collect and manage end-user incidents and requests, answering user questions and resolving issues
• Provide Level 1 support using established procedures, experience, and training; handle Level 2 issues, document solutions, and provide Level 3 support as skills allow
• Reassign issues to the appropriate person when needed
• Deploy IT best practices and submit monthly reports
• Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets, plan hardware renewals, replace obsolete equipment, and reconfigure devices to meet user needs
• Communicate IT asset usage rules and local support arrangements to users
• Participate in user awareness sessions on information security and IT tips
• Renew PCs
