Site IT Operations Trainee

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelors program in Information Technology or a related field
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit
• Resilience
• Able to work at least 25 hours per week, with scheduling arranged around class commitments

Responsibilities:

• Follow health, safety, environmental, and ergonomics standards and procedures
• Help address IT needs and respond to questions from office and shop-floor users
• Assist with IT documentation, including physical inventories, reports, and organizing digital and physical records
• Support IT technicians and engineers with their daily tasks as needed
• Help support our computers, printers, mobile phones, and other equipment, and resolve users IT questions and concerns
