Snowflake Lead Developer - Governance & Security

Requirements:

• Advanced Snowflake administration, development, security, Dynamic Data Masking and Classification, RBAC design, API development, and monitoring configuration
• Experience with CyberArk PAM, Protegrity tokenization, AWS Secrets Manager or Conjur Vault, SailPoint IIQ/IdentityNow, and automated credential rotation
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation, CI/CD pipelines, ServiceNow workflow development, and Python or PowerShell scripting
• 8+ years of enterprise data platform governance experience
• 5+ years of hands-on Snowflake development, administration, security, governance, and automation experience
• 3+ years implementing enterprise security and governance frameworks
• 2+ years of privileged access management and identity governance experience
• Proven audit remediation experience in regulated environments
• Experience leading large-scale automation and integration projects
• Snowflake SnowPro Advanced certification; Security or Architecture certification is preferred
• Implementation experience with CyberArk PAM and SailPoint IIQ/IdentityNow
• Experience with ServiceNow development and workflow automation, tokenization and masking platforms, and AWS Secrets Manager and credential management
• Financial Services or other regulated-industry experience
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities:

• Establish a Snowflake Center of Excellence framework and platform standards
• Remediate audit findings, including integrating CyberArk for key pair authentication
• Implement enterprise-wide Dynamic Data Masking, Protegrity tokenization, and Dynamic Data Classification
• Protect credentials using Conjur Vault or AWS Secrets Manager and automate service account credential rotation
• Collaborate with ServiceNow and IIQ teams to automate user provisioning workflows and develop Snowflake APIs for integrations
• Automate user access provisioning and infrastructure deployment across all environments
• Stabilize and document Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) processes, and review the use case inventory for accurate ownership and cost alignment
• Configure resource monitoring and alerting systems
• Test ETL/ELT processes following security implementations and validate data integrity across security frameworks
• Complete security, identity, secrets-management, infrastructure-automation, testing, and monitoring integrations and frameworks
• Coordinate with InfoSec, ServiceNow, IIQ, product owners, and application teams on security policies, workflows, requirements, and integration testing
